Send Personalised Save the Date e-cards to your guests

You will probably send out wedding invitation, either traditional paper invites or the ultra-new e-wedding invitations. But is you really want to make sure that your guests keep your wedding date open you should send them save-the-date cards. This can be done up to six months before your wedding invitations go out ... really at that stage when you still have only a date and no further finalised detail. (note: wedding invites usually go out at six weeks before the wedding date ... often far too late if your date falls on the popular long weekends, holiday season or Christmas)

One of the easiest effective ways to do this is e-mailing Save the Date e-cards

It is also the ideal opportunity to inform guests of your wedding website ... where you can keep them up to date with further developments until your wedding invitations are ready.

Our e-Save The Date cards are prepared to include a live link to your personal wedding website - if guests click on it the get taken to your wedding website directly.

This is how it works

1.Choose your favourite design on the list here. Each one is numbered - note the number.

2.Click here http://www.creativesquare.co.za/savethedate.html to go to our graphic designers at Creative Square 3.Complete the form and invoice. The following detail will be requested:

The number of your favourite card
Your names in the format you want it on your save the date e-card
Your wedding date
The city / town/place where your wedding will be taking place (in inform your guests, should they need to make travel arrangements)
Your wedding website address (http:// ........ourweddingpage.co.za)
Your office hours contact number
Your card will now be created with your names and detail. You should receive your final design in PDF format within three working days
All that you now need to do is to e-mail it ... as easy as that!

Tip!

Use your Save-the-Date card as a reminder by sending them out again about two weeks before your wedding ... either to those who have not yet sent RSVPs and/or to remind them of your website and/or if you want them to supply info like their main dish choice on your RSVP form on your website. (We can adapt your RSVP form to allow guests to log menu and accommodation choices beforehand ... another great convenience) We recommend that you write a short message in the e-mail to explain what you want.
