How do we sign up?

1. Sign up! Go to the sign up page and choose how long you would like to sign up. When you click on the appropriate button, the Registration form will pop up. Complete it and click on the ‘send’ button at the bottom.
2. Pay up! (Yes, it’s not free – but your website won’t be used as a promotion opportunity … it is our promise) You will get confirmation that your subscription has been received. We will now create your website. Your website will be activated as soon as payment is received. It may take a day or even two days if you to a personal bank transaction. A credit card transaction is immediate and it will take anything form half an hour to a day (it depends if you subscribed during office hours or not). Please, please be patient. Our websites are among the most beautiful available in the world! But you may need to exercise a few hours of patience – we believe it will be worthwhile.
3. Get your keys! That is your address, two usernames and one password. As soon as your website is activated we send you your own website address (your guests won’t have to come to our website and then click through to yours; you actually get an independent website)
4. Go! You can now go.

Where do we pay?

How long before our wedding website is active?

We normally activate it within an hour after payment has been confirmed by the bank. But banking delays may mean some delay with your website. Normally we create it asap but only activate it once payment is confirmed. We’ll confirm by e-mail when everything is ready.

How do we know our website has been activated?

We’ll notify you by e-mail. A soon as everything is ready we e-mail you your address, two usernames and password … it will be worth the short wait.

Hint: What to do in the mean time? Get your photos ready: You’ll need a beautiful vertical photo and a second horizontal photo; close-ups are generally better, and we think it works best if you are looking straight into camera, or at each other.

What subscription period is best?

Whatever is convenient for you.

We recommend that you sign up for a period ending one month after your wedding date. This gives you enough time to upload your wedding and honeymoon photos after your honeymoon. Guests also get some time to see your album and to order photos they like. (See Q&A about Photos)

The luxury choice is to keep your website at least till your first anniversary – for a sweet-memories tour!

What does permanent hosting mean?

Because we buy enough space we can host your website as long as you need … which can be indefinitely.

Bur forever is a long time: therefore we qualify it by saying for as long as the company www.OurWeddingPage.co.za exists. If the unthinkable happens all clients will be notified at the last e-mail address supplied and their websites will then be terminated at the end of the last term paid.

How do we keep our website active for a long period of time?

Simply keep on renewing your website: log in at the main website www.OurWeddingPage.co.za, sign in with your username and password, and you’ll be able to renew your website, if a simultaneous payment is received.

How much does permanent hosting price?

The best option is R999 for a year. Other options are: quarterly payments of R399 each; payments of R499 every four months; payment of R599 every five months, or R699 every six months.

Can we combine a 3-month payment with a six-month payment?

Yes, of course.

What happens if we forget to pay?

We help you remember! Two weeks before your expiry date you will receive a reminder from us.

But please, please don’t forget! If you do not respond we naturally conclude that you decided to discontinue, and we clear your website to make space for paying clients.
