If we choose a subscription period of four months does it mean our contract runs over four calendar months? From what date to what date will our website be active?

We use your subscription date plus the number of months you subscribed for. For example: If you subscribe on 20 January for four months your website will be active up to 20 May.

How do you determine the expiry date?

We read it form the day your registered / signed up.

Our wedding day is eight months from now. We want a website for only five months.

Sign up and send as a separate e-mail explaining when you actually want your website activated. We’ll then create your website for you and only activate it on the date requested. Although you can pay immediately, we’ll actually expect payment only once your website is active. We’ll remind you by e-mail when your website is active.

We’ve subscribed and sent our subscription, but now we’ve changed our minds and we do not want to continue. What happens now?

After subscription we create your website. Before it becomes active you need to pay. However, if we do not receive payment we assume you are not going through with it. We’ll follow up once, and after the following month end we simply delete your website.

We’ve subscribed for six months but now we want to keep our website a while longer. How do we do that?

Yes you can easily lengthen your website. Go to www.OurWeddingPage.co.za and sign in (at the bottom, right corner) with your original username (the one you subscribed with) and password. Your subscription detail will appear, as well as a button for renewing your subscription. Simply follow the steps.

Can we cancel our contract?

If you subscribed and but do not pay your contract will be considered cancelled by the next month end.

If you have paid but wish to cancel, we can help you in two ways: We can unpublish your website, in other words it will no longer be visible on the Internet. Or we can shorten your stay. However, no money can be paid back.
